Aaron Page PT, DPT, SFMA-C, Cert. FDN

Aaron, originally from Northern Idaho, moved to Colorado with his wife to be closer to family and was fortunate to be welcomed into the Colorado sports and rehab community. Aaron received his Bachelors degree in Health and Human Sciences from Loyola Marymount University where his interest in Physical Therapy peaked during his time on the baseball team, training and working with other athletes. After completing his undergraduate degree, he attended Creighton University in Omaha, NE where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and began to pursue his passion in helping others in the orthopedic setting. Aaron believes that movement analysis and restoring proper movement is key in avoiding and reducing pain. Aaron utilizes the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to identify possible range of motion impairments then uses joint mobilization, Functional Dry Needling (FDN) and strength training to help achieve his patient’s goals.

Aaron has been certified in SFMA since 2015 and FDN since 2017. Since moving to Colorado Aaron has become increasingly involved in the athletic and sports community. Over the last few years Aaron has been selected as a Physical Therapist for the Burton US Open, treating professional snowboarders for competition in Vail, CO each year and has worked in the community to provide post race care and education for local events and races.  Aaron has a particular interest in overhead sports/activities as well; being a former pitcher he can appreciate the challenges that come with baseball, softball, tennis, swimming and other overhead movements. Aaron has extensive experience in postoperative care following ski, snowboarding, or other injuries and looks forward to helping those get back to any activity they desire.

Aaron is currently working to pursue his Orthopedic Specialist Certification and become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. While not at work he enjoys reading, rooting for the Mets, hiking and being with friends. Feel free to check out his Instagram (@ajpdpt) to see updates of working with patients and information posts about the types of injuries he treats.
