Group Strength and Conditioning for Athletic Development 

Classes for Ages 9-14

January through March

Offered Tuesday and Thursday Nights from 6-7pm

Emphasis on Correct Exercise Form, Balance, Strength, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Hand/Eye Coordination, Injury Prevention, and Teamwork

Program Prices

Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis and can only accommodate 10 participants, so don’t wait to schedule. There are 16 total classes available in January and February.
