Our certified personal trainers lead this fun and challenging circuit training class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:30 am. Physio Fit addresses total body strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance while offering alternative exercises for individuals with limitations. The workouts change on a biweekly basis to help combat boredom and to fight off a training plateau. Classes can only accommodate 10 participants, so call and reserve your spot today!

A Function Movement Screen (FMS) is performed to assist in uncovering deficiencies in strength and mobility initially. Once we’ve done that, we take into account the individual’s goals and the therapists suggestions to round out a program and gives the trainer clear direction. Offering both one on one and partner sessions gives you options as you safely and seamlessly transition away from physical therapy to fitness.
