CORE
This class promotes the strengthening of deep abdominal muscles, which are necessary for core stabilization, athletic performance and prevention of back pain.
Designed for people of all physical levels, it applies TRX, stability balls, BOSU balls, medicine balls and resistance cords to help give your abs maximum strength and definition.
The class provides each participant with skilled, individualized attention based on specific strengths and weaknesses.
Every class also incorporates cardio, stretching and strength training exercises for a comprehensive approach to – and combination of – your fitness and therapy.
Classes are designed and facilitated by a licensed physical therapist and are limited to 12.
UPPER BODY
This revolutionary class is designed to strengthen the neck, shoulders, chest, arms and back.Using research-based approaches to maintain proper mechanics, this class aids in rehabilitating injured upper extremities and prevents the chance of future injury. It aims to optimize athletic performance as well as build up and tone the upper body as a whole. The class provides each participant with skilled, individualized attention based on specific strengths and weaknesses.Every class also incorporates cardio, stretching and strength training exercises for a comprehensive approach to – and combination of – your fitness and therapy.Classes are designed and facilitated by a licensed physical therapist and are limited to 6.
LOWER BODY
This class is designed to help strengthen the lower body for a distinct advantage in sport, as well as for patients in the advanced phase of rehabilitation.
It employs strengthening and dynamic stabilization exercises for ankle, knee, hip and core alignment and focuses on gaining the strength, balance and endurance required to excel in running, jumping, biking and directional changes.
The class provides each participant with skilled, individualized attention based on specific strengths and weaknesses.
Every class also incorporates cardio, stretching and strength training exercises for a comprehensive approach to – and combination of – your fitness and therapy.
Classes are designed and facilitated by a licensed physical therapist and are limited to 12.
